Meet Your Therapist

Hi, I’m Evi (she/her). I live in Vancouver, and work as a registered clinical counsellor in the province of British Columbia. I have felt a call to be a healer since very early in life and I feel very privileged to do this special work. I have spent time as a client too, and know how transformative this work can be.
I have been in professional healthcaring positions for the past 15 years.
From my early experiences as an RN to my current role as a registered clinical counselor (or RCC), my passion has always been for the healing that can happen in safe, meaningful and supportive connections.
I have had experiences working with adults of all ages as they adjust to life transitions, heal from trauma, handle tricky relationships or better understand who they are.
My approach with clients is soft, curious and deeply accepting. Life hands us all tough experiences from time to time, but we don’t need to endure those experiences alone or in vain.
Instead, times of hardship and pain can be our doorways to insight, growth and positive change.
I use a combination of therapy approaches including emotionally-focused therapy, narrative therapy, mindfulness practices and cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT).
These approaches are tools we can use to access the innate wisdom of our bodies, minds and spirits. I am here to walk alongside you as you bravely engage in this work.

Meet Your Therapist

I believe we all long to feel like we belong—to ourselves, to others, and to the world around us.
Life’s challenges and expectations can make us lose sight of who we are. I know this struggle firsthand, having spent years trying to fit in before realizing what I truly needed was to feel at home in my own skin.
Finding my way back to authenticity has been a long journey, and it’s one I’m still on. If you feel disconnected, stuck, or unsure of how to move forward, you are not alone.
I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor with a Masters degree in Counselling Psychology and I work with various treatment modalities to create a unique treatment approach according to individual client needs.
Working from a trauma-informed, strengths-based perspective, I seek to empower clients in achieving their wellness goals.
I believe in goal-directed therapy, where you are actively engaged in setting your treatment goals and take ownership in your progress.
We will focus on specific issues, bringing clarity so you have the tools and resources to deal with the hard stuff that life throws your way.
Therapy is not always easy, but I will do my best to ensure you feel safe, accepted, and understood throughout your journey.

Meet Your Therapist

My name’s B and I’m a Newfoundlander who’s wandered out West, admittedly for the better weather. I am a Canadian Certified Counsellor and meditation teacher with a naturotherapist designation.
The values that lay the foundation for my practice are mindfulness, authenticity, autonomy, and self-actualization. I identify as queer and have experience living alternative lifestyles.
I have been described as down-to-earth and silly, and I like to incorporate these aspects into my therapy. Outside of work you will probably find me foraging, dancing, or hanging out with my dog.
Through my own healing journey, I’ve drawn from both Western psychology and Eastern mindfulness. My background includes clinical research on trauma, chronic pain, and therapies such as person-centred, trauma-informed, ACT, somatic, psychodynamic, and existential approaches.
I’ve also facilitated meditation classes, resiliency workshops, and mindfulness retreats. I have experience supporting a wide range of clients, including neurodivergent, 2SLGBTQIA+, and BIPOC communities, as well as those navigating ADHD, autism, anxiety, depression, trauma/PTSD, grief, BPD, and social phobias.
I blend talk therapy with somatic approaches to help you gain new awareness into yourself and your situation, learn to better regulate your emotions, and develop a deeper sense of meaning and purpose in your life.
I use a strengths-based and radical acceptance approach that lets you know that you are not the problem. Instead, we find new ways to use your strengths to navigate the world around you to cultivate more ease and satisfaction in your day-to-day life.
Immerse yourself in this mindful experience that will leave you feeling a deeper sense of fulfillment and clarity on how to move forward.

Meet Your Therapist

Hello! My name is Olivia (she/her), and I am a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC). I have always been passionate about collaborative communication and languages (English, Spanish, Polish, and French).
I love books, movies, food, and warm places. With a professional Latin dance background and years of implementing mind-body practices, I have learned that music, movement, and mindfulness can be complementary methods to relieve stress, connect with oneself and others, and process difficult emotions.
I am dedicated to creating a safe and non-judgmental therapeutic environment, where clients feel at ease sharing their life experiences and struggles.
I have a Master's in Counselling Psychology and a Bachelor of Commerce in International Business.
I have developed valuable multicultural competencies through my endeavors in international travel and work, volunteering with vulnerable populations, and my fulfilling counselling experience to date. I foster confidence and resilience in working with a broad range of clients.
My approach focuses on meeting clients where they currently are and working collaboratively to facilitate the changes they aspire to make in their lives through evidence-based practices.
Clients can expect warmth, trust, and authenticity while feeling supported in challenging themselves, examining patterns, delving into their inner experiences, enhancing emotional awareness, and processing past hurts to promote healing and forward movement.
