What Is EMDR Therapy?
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy is a safe, effective approach for healing traumatic memories.
By harnessing the body and mind’s natural healing abilities, the therapist guides clients in processing trauma until emotional distress is significantly reduced.
EMDR is a well-established treatment for trauma, PTSD, anxiety, stress, depression, grief, loss, and more.
"Trauma does not define you or your life. Healing is the journey of reclaiming your story, one brave step at a time."

Each individual is unique with their own needs and journey. However, in general, we recommend 5-6 sessions to make change, at which point we re-assess.
