ADHD Therapy For Youth
Living with ADHD can significant impact friendships, school, family and everyday life. Your child may feel misunderstood, overwhelmed, or frustrated navigating these challenges.

At Inner Truth Counselling, we’re here to support youth with skilled therapist that help them work through the challenges of ADHD.
Our goal is to help your child build confidence, develop new skills, and find ways to manage ADHD that make life easier and more enjoyable.
Together, we’ll work on strategies to help them succeed in school, connect with others, feel more in control, and grow their self-esteem.
"ADHD is not a disorder of attention; it’s a difference in how the mind processes the world. Embrace your child's unique perspective and watch their creativity flower."

At this time, we only offer virtual sessions. This allows your child to: 1) work with some of the best therapists in the province, 2) do so from the safety of your own home and 3) save yourself the time in commuting.
How many sessions do you recommend?
Each individual is unique with their own needs and journey. However, in general, we recommend 5-6 sessions to make change, at which point we re-assess.
