Olivia Krol
About Me:
Hello! My name is Olivia (she/her), and I am a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC). I have always been passionate about collaborative communication and languages (English, Spanish, Polish, and French). I love books, movies, food, and warm places. With a professional Latin dance background and years of implementing mind-body practices, I have learned that music, movement, and mindfulness can be complementary methods to relieve stress, connect with oneself and others, and process difficult emotions. I am dedicated to creating a safe and non-judgmental therapeutic environment, where clients feel at ease sharing their life experiences and struggles.
Professional Experience:
I have a Master's in Counselling Psychology and a Bachelor of Commerce in International Business. I have developed valuable multicultural competencies through my endeavors in international travel and work, volunteering with vulnerable populations, and my fulfilling counselling experience to date. I foster confidence and resilience in working with a broad range of clients.
My Approach:
My approach focuses on meeting clients where they currently are and working collaboratively to facilitate the changes they aspire to make in their lives through evidence-based practices. Clients can expect warmth, trust, and authenticity while feeling supported in challenging themselves, examining patterns, delving into their inner experiences, enhancing emotional awareness, and processing past hurts to promote healing and forward movement.
Areas of Specialization:
• ADHD & Trauma
• Anxiety and Depression
• Grief and Loss
• Life Transitions
• Multicultural Counselling
• Relationship Issues
• Self-Esteem
My Mission:
My mission is to create a therapeutic space where clients feel supported and empowered to explore their inner experiences and find peace. I believe that when we heal ourselves, and support others on their journeys to emotional health, we cast ripples of wellbeing that extend out beyond us to our loved ones and throughout our communities. That is a world I strive to live in.

Madison Fai
About Me:

Hi! My name is Madison and I am a Canadian Certified Counsellor. I am passionate about the mind body connection and finding healing through movement. I love reading, eating good food, and being outside with my dog Lucy.
Personal Experience:
Through my work as a teacher for a decade, I have learned the power of meeting people where they are at and unlocking their potential. There is no one-size-fits all approach to life, or to therapy. I am constantly curious about emerging research and always looking for different modalities to help my clients find healing and peace in their lives.

I have a Masters of Counselling Psychology, as well as a Bachelors of Education, and a Bachelors of Comparative Literature. I believe that my love of reading and research have led me to become enamoured with the human brain and the power it holds. As an educator I have worked with diverse populations and seen first hand how mental health is not just one piece of the puzzle, it is the key piece of the puzzle.

My Approach:
My approach is curious and I focus on meeting clients from a place of warmth and empathy. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Solutions Focused Therapy, Person Centered Therapy as well as Pain Reprocessing Therapy. Through my work with those who struggle with chronic issues (such as chronic pain, migraines, etc) I have seen first hand how the nervous system can impact our daily lives and I often use this lens with clients regardless of their path. I am committed to ongoing professional development and it is my passion to stay informed on new ways through which clients can heal.

My areas of specialty are ADHD/Neurodivergence, Chronic Pain/Chronic Issues/Migraines, Anxiety, Depression, Loss and Grief, Burnout and Stress
